Reservation Fees

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE
  2. Valid only on the 1st week of the daily schedule and 1st two weeks of the weekend schedule. Failure of the reviewee to confirm the reservation within the prescribed period will result in the forfeiture of  his/her reservation fee. Admission to the reserved schedule can be allowed depending upon slot availability.
  3. Transfer of reservation slot can only be made 1 week before the start of the scheduled class. Failure to confirm the reservation on the 1st day will allow prospective reviewees on the waiting list to take the corresponding slot/s.

Discounts

50% DISCOUNT FOR:

  •  reviewees who re-enrolled on the same season for a second review
  •  reviewees who did not take the board examination and re-enrolled for the next season. The reviewee should notify the office on/before the scheduled examination.
     
25% DISCOUNT FOR:
  • reviewees who failed the board examination, who wish to re-enroll within one year. After the 1st year 10% discount will be given. 50% discount will be given to a reviewee who will enroll the third time on the same course.
     

Refunds

Reviewees who paid in full but failed to attend the whole program including the orientation may be entitled to a 50% refund. This is subject to the approval of the administration.


Payments
 

  1. Full payments must be made on the first day of class. 
  2. A promissory note (for valid reasons) could only be allowed within a week for weekend schedules provided 50% of tuition fee has been paid. Additional surcharge will be imposed.

Registration

A) During the first day or orientation:

  1. Registration form must be completely filled-up with complete ID pictures (1 1x1 and 1 2x2)
  2. Tuition fees must be fully paid; if not at least 50% should be paid to be allowed to join the orientation.
  3. Promissory notes are allowed for a week on the weekend schedule and 3 days on the daily schedule. Failure to comply with the above condition would mean that the reviewee cannot continue with the review schedule unless full payment of the tuition fee is made.

B) ID's

  1. ID's must have 1x1 picture attached to it.
  2. ID's must be worn at all times inside the classroom and/or within the premises.
  3. Receipts being used as temporary ID are valid only for 1 week.
  4. Clearance must be secured from the office for students who have no ID before they are allowed to enter the classroom.

Attendance

  1. PUNCTUALITY IS STRICTLY OBSERVED.
  2. Only the first offense may be allowed some flexibility.
  3. If classes are already on-going, the reviewee will be asked to wait for break time to enter the classroom.(For late comers-beyond 30 minutes)
  4. Make-up classes may be allowed for absences with valid reasons, provided arrangement have been made with the office
     

Incentive

 The assigned coordinator will be given P 100.00 as incentives for each reviewee one week after enrollment. Full scholarship will be granted if the coordinator referred 30 reviewees over and above. Additional P 100.00 will be given for each referral.
