The Review Program

Orientation

  • Provides warm acceptance and encouragement to the reviewees.
  • Orient the students on the different test-taking skills and strategies to answer test questions smartly and effectively.
  • Boosts the students' morale by giving advice and guidance.
  • Prepare students holistically (psychological, physical, emotional, and spiritual) for the review and for the actual board examinations

Diagnostic Examination

  • Assists the reviewees in identifying their strengths and weaknesses in the different subject areas prior to starting the review program.
  • Practices the students to apply the test-taking strategies taught to them during the orientation.
  • Prepares the students to the types of questions they may encounter in the board exam.
  • Helps reviewees enhance their critical and analytical thinking in answering test questions.

Live Lectures

  • Provides reviewees with additional language on the diferent subject areas.
  • Expert leturers highlight the information that will be most needed in taking the exam in order to better guide the students in their review.
  • Updates students on the current trends and issues commonly asked in the actual board examinations.

Post Tests

  • Enhances students' analytical and critical thinking by answering test questions after each subject's lecture.
  • Take home exams are given to the students to aid in their review at home.
  • The rationale to each test answer is given to develop the student's analytical skills in answering test questions and to develop the student's comprehension of the given answer.

Final Preparation

  • Students are given a pre-board examination formatted from actual previous board exams to give them a feel of taking the actual test as well as to give them a preview of the questions they should expect to find in the exam.
  • The pre-board comes with an actual answer sheet, 500 questions formatted from previous board examinations, and an actual board exam setting. This is to fully simulate the board exam experience for each reviewee.
  • This helps students release their anxieties and tension for the actual exam, thus making them more relaxed when taking the actual licensure exam.
  • After taking the pre-board and learning the rationale to the answers, reviewees are more able to answer exam questions confidently.
  • Provides guidance and counseling to students to boost their confidence in effectively taking, and passing, the board exam.

Thanksgiving Mass

  • Strengthens the students' spiritual belief to face the board exam effectively.
  • Provides students with the confidence that they will pass, and top, the exam because of their education, the review program that they have undergone, self-discipline, and faith.
